Sales Executive - Horeca/Food service - 4 position
Candidate should have good knowledge and understanding of:
- Research, meet, build and maintain relationship with potential clients and prospects
- Should have basic knowledge in horeca/food service sales
- Responsible for building the right sales forecast and manage the product inventories with the partners
- Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with Hotels, restaurants and distributors
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Stay current with trends & competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Learn details about our products and services especially the application part and
- Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports
Keys to this position are:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of people
- Passionate about sales and willing to travel extensively
Experience
1-2 years sales exposure in FMCG/ HORECA/ Retail segments in Indian market, Male/Female candidate, management, good communication skills, Customer care, Product Knowledge, Market intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, ability to convince the customers etc. We prefer candidate with relevant experience in horeca/foods service sales
Education
MBA/BBA or any sales/management/commerce/science Degree

Research chef/Application specialist
Candidate should have good knowledge and understanding of:
- Develop ideas from food preparation processes for marketing purposes.
- Should have sound understanding of cultural and culinary trends
- Develop product improvements based on sensory testing and consumer data.
- Establish product specifications and documentations.
- Make recommendations in the design of new manufacturing processes or to change current equipment or processes.
- Modify new product recipes and ingredient selection while taking note of nutrition, shelf life and regulations.
- Plan, manage and run panel sessions and sensory tests on food products.
- Support sales team by preparing samples for local and overseas customers
- Assist in data gathering for new product specifications
- Confirm product formulations and other information for constructing product profiles.
- Create new recipes and refine taste profiles through experimentation
Keys to this position are:
> Be very innovative in creating winning culinary products > Willing to travel for product demonstrations at customer end or for any food exhibitions
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in research and development field in any seasoning or spice companies or experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Degree/Diploma in catering science or hotel management with specilization in culinary applications
