  • Assistant manager – QA/QC
      Candidate should have good knowledge and understanding of:
    • Food Safety and food quality auditing, internal and external statutory documentations.
    • Fair knowledge on ISO22000 Documentation and implementation.
    • Understanding QC parameters on Seasonings and spice operations.
    • Preventive controls, including allergen and foreign material controls.
    • GMPs, sanitary design, pest control and factory QA/QC checklists.
    • Specifications, including ingredient and packaging, manufacturing and finished goods.
    • Basic analytical equipment and methods in processing quality control, microbiology, chemistry, and organoleptic assessments and evaluations.
    • Keys to this position are:
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
    • Ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of people.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills including root cause, corrective action & preventive action.
    • Experience
    • Min 1-3 years QA/QC work experience in any food industry, Freshers with self-driven attitude also can apply.
    • Education
    • MSc/BSc/B tech in food science/Chemistry/microbiology or related science.
